NOIRBURG is a card game set in a quintessential northeastern U.S. city of the 1920s in which players take on the role of mafia bosses fighting each other for a share of the illicit alcohol trade in the city of Noirburg. The aim of the players is to eliminate their opponents or to have an indisputable advantage in their wealth.
